(Please note that the Box Office will be temporarily closed beginning Monday, June 30 and reopening on Tuesday, September 2 at 11:30 a.m.)
The seat locations shown are the best available at the time you are purchasing your tickets. In the Orchestra section, if your seat number is higher than 100, it is in the center section where the seats are numbered sequentially. In the other seating sections of the theater, odd-numbered seats are on the left side of the theatre, even-numbered seats are on the right side of the theatre. Therefore, your tickets should have either all odd or all even numbers, indicating that they are together.
In order to provide the service for tickets purchased through our Web site, we must go through a third-party, Tickets.com. The fee charged for each ticket is their price for providing this service as well as Clemens Center processing and facility maintenance fees. We understand that it is costly, but it is the industry standard and this is the only way we can provide this service. If you call us during regular Box Office hours (607-734-8191 or 1-800-724-0159), visit our Box Office in person, Monday through Friday between 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and 90 minutes prior to a performance, the fee is less.
All tickets purchased within a week of the performance will be held at the Clemens Center Box Office.
As of September 1, 2013, the privilege of returning your tickets for an on-line credit at the Box Office will be reserved exclusively for Clemens Center members. Current Broadway Series Subscribers will be offered this same benefit for the 2013-2014 Broadway Series performances. Members & Broadway Series Subscribers must return their tickets to the Box Office at least 2 business days prior to the performance to receive an on-line credit for future use at the Clemens Center. All non-member sales are final. Anyone may exchange and/or upgrade tickets for another performance within the same show on a best available basis. All ticket exchanges must be done at the Clemens Center Box Office in person. Service charges may be applied to returned, exchanged, upgraded or lost tickets depending on the type of request, so please inquire at the Box Office. Ticket returns and exchanges cannot be authorized without the tickets.
