Performance Guidelines

Ticket Reservation Policy
All unpaid ticket reservations must be paid for within two weeks of the date the reservation is made or one week before the performance date, whichever comes sooner. Tickets not paid for in the allotted time will be put back on sale. Unpaid reservations will not be accepted beginning one week before the show. Processing and facility maintenance fees are applied to all orders.

Ticket Exchange Policy
Ticket purchasing is risk-free at the Clemens Center. If your plans change prior to the performance, simply return your tickets within two business days of the performance and exchange them for a subsequent show or receive an "on-line" credit to your account at the Clemens Center that can be used for any future purchase. Also, you may exchange and/or upgrade tickets as long as seats are available. Please note, however, that some exchanges may be subject to discount restrictions imposed by the artist's contract. Service charges may be applied to returned, exchanged, upgraded or lost tickets depending on the type of request, so please inquire at the Box Office. Ticket returns cannot be authorized without tickets.

Food and Beverages
Food and beverages are permitted for some performances in Mandeville Hall and Powers Theater. Please use care when bringing food or beverages into the theater. Your cooperation in this matter will help prolong the quality and atmosphere of the theater.

Smoking
State regulations strictly prohibit smoking in all public buildings such as the Clemens Center.

Late-comers
It is management policy to begin performances at the advertised time. Late-comers will be seated at the discretion of the management.

First Aid
If you need medical assistance, contact the nearest usher.

Personal Property
The management is not responsible for personal apparel or other property unless the items are checked="checked" at the coat check in the Lobby.

Photographs and Recorders
Taking photographs and using audio or video tape recorders during performances is strictly prohibited.

Emergency/Fire Notice
The emergency exits indicated by a red exit sign nearest the seat you occupy are the shortest routes to the street. Unless otherwise instructed in the event of fire or other emergency, please WALK to that exit - do not run!

Restrooms
Restrooms are located in both levels of the Lobby.
