with additional hours to accommodate
performances. The Box Office opens 90 minutes
prior to each performance and stays open until

Can I make an exchange?
Ticket purchasing is risk-free at the Clemens
Center. If your plans change prior to the
performance, simply return your tickets within
two business days of the performance and
exchange them for a subsequent show or receive
an "on-line" credit to your account at the
Clemens Center that can be used for any future
purchase. Also, you may exchange and/or upgrade
tickets as long as seats are available. Please
note, however, that some exchanges may be
subject to discount restrictions imposed by the
artist's contract. Service charges may be
applied to returned, exchanged, upgraded or lost
tickets depending on the type of request, so
please inquire at the
Box Office.
Ticket returns cannot be authorized without
tickets.
How soon before a show should I purchase
my ticket?
It's best to buy your ticket as far in advance
as possible to ensure a guaranteed seat.
However, you can purchase tickets at the
Box Office
until curtain, based on availability.
