About your Ticket Order… With the exception of gift certificates and tickets to our School-Time Series performances, online ticketing is connected in "real time" to the Clemens Center's ticketing system. Seat locations shown are the best available at the time you are purchasing your tickets. Even though the seat numbers shown are not consecutive, the seats are next to each other. If you are a Clemens Center member beginning at the Supporter level ($40 annually), a "coupon code" is needed to access the discounted ticket prices for Clemens Center sponsored events. Call our Annual Fund Manager at 607-733-5639 ext. 222 if you do not have the coupon code. Regarding fees, in order to provide the exact seat locations for tickets purchased through our website, we must to go through a third-party, Tickets.com. The fee that is charged for each ticket is what they charge to provide this service. We do not receive any part of the fee and can not control what is charged. We understand that it is costly but it is the industry standard and is the only way that we can provide this service. If you call us during regular box office hours, the fee is less and we will give you the exact location of your seats. To avoid fees completely, you can visit our box office. Internet ticket orders will be accepted until 5pm on the day of the performance. For all ticket purchases placed within a week of the performance, tickets will be held at the Clemens Center Box Office. Orders placed through our website for gift certificates or for tickets to our School-Time Series performances will be filled within one business day. You will receive a 2nd email from us stating that it has been filled. Call our School-Time Coordinator at 607-733-5639 ext. 248 if you do not receive the 2nd email. As with all Clemens Center events, your ticket purchase is risk-free. If you are unable to attend a performance, we welcome ticket exchanges up to two business days before the scheduled performance for an "on-line" credit on your Clemens Center account towards any future show. Also, you may exchange and/or upgrade tickets as long as seats are available. Service charges may be applied to returned, exchanged, upgraded or lost tickets depending on the type of request, please inquire. Ticket returns cannot be authorized without tickets.
