Box office ticket sales generally cover the cost of the productions on the Center's two stages. Annual donations from individuals, businesses, corporations, foundations and government sources are used to pay staff salaries, heat, light, air-conditioning, insurance, repairs and maintenance of the building. These donations also provide rent subsidies to the local Resident Companies such as The Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes, Elmira Little Theatre, and Common Time.
