
CLEMENS CENTER MANAGEMENT
The Chemung County Performing Arts, Inc., which has its administrative offices on the third floor of the Clemens Center, manages the facilities of the Clemens Center. The mailing address is: Clemens Center, P.O. Box 1046, Elmira, NY 14902-1046 The street address is: 207 Clemens Center Parkway, Elmira, NY 14901. The Clemens Center is a not-for-profit corporation. Contributions are deductible as recognized by the Internal Revenue Service designation 501(c)(3). The Center relies on contributions to cover operating costs and to maintain affordable ticket prices. The long-term viability of theater in communities such as ours is dependent on the generosity of individuals such as yourself who include the Clemens Center in their bequest and estate planning. The Center has an Endowment Fund, the deposited funds of which remain invested and untouchable by the organization. Income realized from these investments is critical to the future of the theater. BOX OFFICE
You may purchase tickets via this website, or by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (607)734-8191 or (800)724-0159, or you may fax your order to us at (607)732-7052. The Clemens Center accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There are ticket processing fees applied for your "shop at home" service that includes mailing your tickets to you or holding them at our Express Pick-Up window. Our Box Office, located in the vestibule of our Main Lobby, is open for walk-in business Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m, with additional hours to accommodate performances. The Box Office opens 90 minutes prior to each performance and stays open until the end of the first intermission of Powers Theater shows.
TICKET RESERVATION POLICY
All unpaid ticket reservations must be paid for within two weeks of the date of the reservation is made or one week before the performance date, whichever comes sooner. Tickets not paid for in the allotted time will be put back on sale. Unpaid reservations will not be accepted beginning one week before the show.
TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
Ticket purchasing is risk free at the Clemens Center. If your plans change prior to the performance, simply return your tickets within two business days of the performance and exchange them for a subsequent show or receive an "online" credit to your account at the Clemens Center that can be used for any ticket purchase. Exchanges cannot be accommodated after the performance. An exchange fee of $3 per ticket may apply.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
The Clemens Center offers gift certificates in any denomination, which can be applied towards any ticket purchase at the Clemens Center. With Clemens Center gift certificates, you'll always have the perfect solution to gift giving for the holidays, for your special event, or for your employee/client recognition. FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Food and beverages are permitted for some performances in Mandeville Hall and Powers Theater. Please use care when bringing food or beverages into the theater. Your cooperation in this matter will help prolong the quality and atmosphere of the theater.
SMOKING
State regulations strictly prohibit smoking in all public buildings such as the Clemens Center.
ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE DISABLED
Special considerations have been incorporated into the facility and the services of the center for disabled patrons. For specific information, please call the Director of House Operations at (607) 733-5639 ext 239. Wireless headsets that receive sound signals via infrared light are available in the lobby. Many people with a hearing impairment may receive clarity of sound from any seat using the system. There is no charge for this system.
LATE-COMERS
It is management policy to begin performances at the advertised time. Late-comers will be seated at the discretion of the management.
FIRST AID
Contact the nearest usher.
PERSONAL APPAREL
The management is not responsible for personal apparel or other property of patrons unless the items are checked.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND RECORDERS
The taking of photographs and the use of audio or video tape recorders during performances is strictly prohibited.
FIRE NOTICE
The exits indicated by a red exit sign nearest the seat you occupy are the shortest routes to the street. In the event of fire or other emergency, please do not run. WALK TO THAT EXIT.
MESSAGE PHONE
For your peace of mind, leave your 3-part seat location/row/number (something like Orch D 102 or Mezz F 9) and the number of our lobby telephone (607-732-8162) with your baby sitter. Our house staff will then be able to locate you in an emergency.

THURSDAY MORNING MUSICALES
The Steinway grand piano and the orchestra shell used for our performances are on loan to the Clemens Center by the Thursday Morning Musicales
