The Clemens Center is located in downtown Elmira at the corner of Clemens Center Parkway and East Gray Street. The street address is 207 Clemens Center Parkway, Elmira, NY.

From Route 17 East: Follow to Exit 56 - Elmira. Turn right onto Church Street at the flashing red light at the end of the exit ramp. Continue straight on Church Street to the 6th traffic light at the intersection with Clemens Center Parkway, then turn left onto the Parkway. Take the next right onto Gray Street. The Clemens Center is located on this corner. Parking can be found just the other side of the viaduct on Gray Street.

From Route 17 West: Follow to Exit 56 - Elmira. Continue straight thru the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp onto West Ramp Roadway. Turn left at the next traffic light onto Church Street. Continue straight thru the flashing yellow light. Continue straight on Church Street to the 6th traffic light at the intersection with Clemens Center Parkway, then turn left onto the Parkway. Take the next right onto Gray Street. The Clemens Center is located on this corner. Parking can be found just the other side of the viaduct on Gray Street.

From Route 13 South: Follow 13S to Route 17E. Follow directions for Route 17E above.

From Route 14 North: Follow 14N to Elmira. Continue over the Main Street Bridge to the downtown area. Turn right at the second traffic light after the bridge onto Gray Street. We are located on the next corner on the right, just past the parking garage.

From Route 14 South: Follow 14S to Route 17E. Follow directions for Route 17E above.

There are two covered parking garages offering safe and convenient parking for events at the Clemens Center. Both facilities are city-owned and operated.

Centertown Garage - is located adjacent to the Clemens Center, between Clemens Center Parkway and Main Street. From Water Street, turn left onto North Main Street, go one block and turn right onto Gray Street. The garage is just ahead on your right. From Church Street, turn left onto Clemens Center Parkway. Go one block and turn right onto Gray Street. The garage is just ahead on your left (immediately after the railroad overpass.) To reach the Clemens Center, walk East, to the other side of the railroad overpass.

Eastowne Garage - is located one block East of the Clemens Center on the corner of Market and Baldwin Streets. From Water Street, turn left onto Baldwin Street and the garage is just ahead on your right. From Church Street, turn left onto Baldwin Street, go through two traffic lights (Gray Street and Market Street) and the garage is on your left. To reach the Clemens Center, walk one block North to Gray Street and one block West to cross Clemens Center Parkway.
