The March program will be held in Powers Theater and features Maryna Mazhukhova on the Steinway Grand Piano.  A native of the Republic of Belarus, Maryna has performed extensively in North America and Eastern Europe in numerous prestigious venues and has been a recipient of honors and awards in national and international competitions. Acclaimed as a performer of romantic piano music, The New York Concert Review describes her performance as “truly beautiful” and “vibrant.” “She lets herself play on the edge, with impressive virtuosity making use of the full dynamic range of the instrument.” 

The Thursday Morning Musicales, founded in 1908, is a unique organization in the Southern Tier because of its long history of promoting music, offering outstanding musicians a chance to perform, and recognizing the abilities of students pursuing musical studies.
