Clemens Center Mary Tripp Marks School-Time Series presents
STONE SOUP
Wednesday, April 2, 2008, 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. This production will be performed in the auditorium at Notre Dame High School located in Elmira, NY. Tickets: $4.When a hungry sailor has no luck getting a free meal from the stingy citizens of a tiny village, he decides to turn the tables, and invite the villagers to enjoy his Stone Soup. Come along with Peter and his trusty parrot, Admiral, as they teach the villagers about friendship and sharing in Theatre IV’s musical retelling of the classic folktale.
Recommended for grades K – 5 (50 minutes).

Tickets: $4.The greatest young adventurers in American literature spring to life in Theatre IV’s foot-stompin’ musical based on the novels of Mark Twain. Join Huckleberry Finn, Tom Sawyer, Jim, Becky Thatcher, Aunt Polly and all the residents and rapscallions of Hannibal, MO as they explore the majestic river that defined their lives, tested their souls, and carried their spirit into the heart of America.
Recommended for grades 3-7 (55 minutes).

Wednesday, April 30, 2008, 7:30 pm; Thursday through Saturday, May 1–3, 2008, 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 3, 2008, 4 p.m. Tickets: $34 ($30.60 Members).Chances are if you are a guy who makes it to the pearly gates, your first question to Saint Peter will be “What do women really want?” Is it that men are so stupid and insensitive that they can’t figure out what women want, or do women play by a set of unwritten rules that keep changing as the mood suits them? According to actor/playwright Robert Dubac, the answer to both questions is yes! His hit one-man show is a multi-character comedy – he seamlessly transforms himself into five alter egos each offering their own brand of misguided advice while straddling the gender gap. (Note: For mature audiences)
